Custom Sewing Patterns to fit MY Body!?

Fayma-Sewing-Pattern-Review

This post is sponsored by FAYMA. All opinions expressed are 100% mine, based on my own experience.

Fayma is a digital sewing pattern company that uses powerful technology, to create a pattern tailored to fit only you. The best part is, there are no pattern-making skills required.

To be completely honest, when they reached out to me I was skeptical. I’ve never heard of anything like them before, so I thought, “This sounds too good to be true!” I did a little digging but I couldn’t find much info on them, because they just launched this Spring.

What caught my attention was the fact that I could customize their sewing patterns, in my individual size using my measurements. So you’re telling me, I no longer have to struggle with adjusting standard patterns to fit me?? Instead, I can get right to sewing!? I was completely sold on the idea!

To test their patterns, I chose a style that’s close-fitting and called for a non-stretch fabric. Based on their fabric recommendations, I picked one from my stash that’s been sitting for ages. I was happy I finally found the perfect project for it.

Check out my review below to see how Fayma works. In this video, I quickly walk you through the process on getting set up and share my experience using their app. Plus watch to see my final results!

They currently have a limited time offer where you can get 50% off your first sewing pattern! On top of that, if you use my code TMICHEY10 to get an additional 10% off. So I say give them a try. If you’d like to learn more about Fayma, visit HERE

This is probably the quickest and easiest upcycle This is probably the quickest and easiest upcycle I’ve ever done, and the results speak for themselves. ✂️ I whipped this up in just a couple of hours, with most of the time spent removing the turtleneck lol. No sewing machine required. Just a few snips here and there and a bit of hand sewing. 🎀 Oh, and it’s reversible too! In the video, I simply reversed the top for steps 1 & 2 😁 Full tutorial on my channel #linkinbio

I had this vintage dress and an idea to upcycle it I had this vintage dress and an idea to upcycle it by incorporating the belt buckle as a decorative accent. Coming up with the idea was the easy part. Figuring out how to make it work was another challenge. 🤦‍♀️

I actually had to sleep on it for a couple of days because I wanted the buckle to be removable. I was worried it might tarnish in the wash. 🤷‍♀️

That’s when it hit me, Why not make the dress convertible? In the end, I transformed it into a two-piece set! ✂️ It turned out to be one of my most versatile and favorite remakes so far. Check out the tutorial to see how everything came together! 💃🏻

No-sew ways to style a zipper skirt into a dress. No-sew ways to style a zipper skirt into a dress. All you need is a couple pieces of ribbon or tie straps. 👗 I didn’t experience any discomfort from the zipper but you can do this with a button front skirt as well. #styletips
