I am back on the YouTube ya’ll! I took a break mainly because I was feeling burn’t out and didn’t find joy in making videos anymore. I’ve also been meaning to take some time to focus on getting my shop up and running.
Despite all that, I still did remakes in between and posted them on Instagram. This remake is actually one I did while I was away. Luckily, I recorded the process with the intention of getting back into video-making. 😀
In today’s video, I’ll show you how to refashion a men’s shirt into a sheer statement blouse featuring bishop sleeves also known to some as puffed ballon sleeves. If you want to sew your own clothes but are put off by complicated sewing patterns, this tutorial is for you. Whether you want to show off a lotta skin or very little, is entirely up to you. There are so many ways you can add your own spin to this look.
Materials Used:
Clear Tape
Drafting Paper
Fabric (2 yds; I used organza)
Long Sleeve Button-up Men’s Shirt (fitted)
